Demonstrations at Puyallup Fair
2012
I just had a wonderful time demonstrating at the Puyallup fair this year. I have demonstrated there for about 15 years. I have met some wonderful people and there are some who have.... "Too many stamps" so they are purging them. And a gentlemen who's mother passed and he has her stamps to sell.
Once they follow me. I will post more. So if anyone is interested in purchasing slightly used stamps. Let me know.
For the people that I met at the fair whom want to sell said stamps, leave me a comment on my blog through your Facebook or your own blog. :D
I just love the fair. I met this lady named Carol she was so sweet, I shared my techniques with her, and I made a card for her. I met this family where one of the little girls stamped so I showed her some techniques and shared a card with her and her sister was admiring my work. I asked her sister if she wanted a card and her parents informed me she was deaf. I signed to her and asked her if she wanted one of the cards and I used my sign language to ask her if she wanted a card too? I let her choose one of the cards I made previously and signed it for her. She was ecstatic that I signed to her, I could see it in her face. Another lady came along who was just starting stamping, she and her friend's husbands worked the homemade wine and beer booth. I shared techniques and two cards for her. And another lady came along and she was very interested in catalog parties and I gave her some names of people that could help her and her daughter get into stamping and scrapbooking. The last lady I shared with I made her one of the try-fold cards and I signed it for her. Everyone was very happy with everything I shared.
