I have been making tags ever since I watched a new Group I'm in called Crafting Mamas.  Shelly does a live show.  I was painting my papers and then got bored with that and Watched another YouTube GuRU,

I started making these tags after seeing a YouTube video Scrap your stash.  I think that was the name of it.  I used my scrapbook paper recycled paper from the junk mail and this I got from a group called Crafting Mama's.  Shelly does a live show and wonderful work.  I so enjoy watching on Tuesdays and Fridays 6pm PNW time.  She is funny and everyone chatting is real fun too.  Check her out.

Picking garden Delights

Harvested 2nd batch of sweet peas today.  Last week I harvested and ate the first round before I realized I forgot to photograph the results.

Ok - Since its finally time to blog again.  I'm so sorry.  I have been teaching, going to church cleaning and doing art.  This first picture is of a cage I want to sell.  It's a flight cage for small birds  $65.00, and it also comes with two other cages that are perfect for fun in the sun and going to the vet.  and all the toys and ropes and bedding and ladders.

Ok, back to art.  I did these gem of bunnies before easter. Aren't they sweet. You can fill the box or basket with treats.

Every year I make myself a new journal, so this is this years.  so colorful and bright.

I have been making books an this is some signatures, i.e. a grouping of papers folded over the make pages in a book. :D

These are some markers for the garden for my friend Liz in NY.  Well, her husband.   I'm sending them in a package.

I tried my hand at drawing a face and I think it turned out well.  Accept, I should learn to wash my hands before touching my work.... lol

We had a storm a few weeks ago and this is some of the cloud formations, this either looks like ocean waves or a Big meat eater bird coming out of the sky to get a baby dinosaur.

This one looks like a dragon.

Woah!!  I have been working away at some tags.  Totally crazy!! I even did a video on how to make them.  So I'm going to try an post it here and then YouTube on my channel.  We will see how it goes. unfortunately it didn't go...

Preparing for Easter - cute little baskets

WOW! LOTS OF THINGS HAPPENING!  Ok I'll stop yelling, but I'm so excited.  January was filled with Art every day.  Maybe I should be posting it every day, but I haven't figured out how to do it from my IPAD.  Argh!! I'll get there soon.

I'm going to be teaching 3-D Art for Metropolitan Parks of Tacoma Starting 2/6/17  Woo Hoo!!  This is a canvas I did to show them a different type  of 3D Art.

We are starting off with Paper Mache, but this could be a future project. 

 On this project I won some ColorArte products.  and I was practicing with them.   At the Tope of the picture you can see a toll white bottle with Solution on it.  That is an acrylic solution and the little jars in from there is a yellow and green you can see clearly at the top or (gold) Those are powders you can use with water.  There is a video down below.

I went to the thrift store and picked up some playing cards.   Woah Baby!! Look what I got myself into!! Journaling cards!!

And I've also created a book I have a video on it, but I'm not sure its a good post.  I have to see how I can post it maybe tomorrow.  

I received my Blity buys and started making some cool tags with my Tim Holts distress crayons!!  So cute!! and exciting!!  I made these in December, so it doesn't count as my New Years Resolution to do Art every day!!

Time to start Planning your year.  This is my January Calendar. art and lots of room to write. 3x3" squares.  Paint your backgrounds first and then add your squares. and then write down what you need to do - a ToDo list.
